Lumburn Consultants Limited has provided Project Management Services to a number of major North Sea and European Continental Shelf offshore operators.

Projects have included:
Construction Support; Annual Survey and Inspection Operations;
Repair Operations; Intelligence pigging operations

The actual involvement of the Company has varied from project to project. However, overall Lumburn Consultants is experienced in:

- Preparation of Procedures, Specifications and other project documentation;

- Compilation of tender packages;

- Survey Contractor Qualification systems;

- Tender evaluations;

- Contract negotiations;

- Vessel and ROV audits and witnessing acceptance trials;

- Co-ordination and supervision of offshore operations;

- Review of contractor's reports;

- Contract administration.
